Hemant brings to GreenEdge 40+ years of experience in hydrogen and ammonia manufacturing. A mechanical engineer by profession, started his career with Green Ammonia Plant in 1983 in India working in an Electrolyser unit. Hemant has held several executive- level positions in Australia, France, Nigeria and a board position in Indonesia in the last 19 years.
Hemant has built and has operated 6 large ammonia plants of world-class technology including the World’s largest ammonia plant in Karratha in 2006 in Pilbara Western Australia.

Director
Owen has over 40 years of experience in leading major investment projects in Western Australia and is renowned for his corporate development, and strategic planning . Owen has worked with BHP for 10 years and with Sinclair Knight Merz (now Jacobs) for 25 years.
Owen's experience involved many iron ore expansion and port expansion projects in Western Australia. Owen was an integral board member with Sinclair Knight Merz, the Western Australian Government Port Hedland Port Authority and Beacon Foundation.
40+ years of expertise in large-scale development projects in mining and port expansion.
Director
Vincent was a member of the Western Australian Parliament for 18 years and held the position of Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Water and forestry, whip in government and most recently Shadow Minister for Aboriginal Affairs, Commerce, Government Accountability and Tourism.
Vincent has a strong connection to the North West of Western Australia and its communities providing much experience to GreenEdge in his knowledge of government and the communities that he has represented such as Onslow in the Pilbara.
Extensive experience in Federal, State and local Government with strong community ties.
Director
Ken with 43 years of experience in public accounting practice, Ken holds varied experience in finance, accounting, investment and management of start-ups and commercial businesses valuable to GreenEdge.
Ken has held positions of Director and CEO at Brookland Pty Limited. Ken is the Managing Director of Paragon Consultants and holds board positions on several companies across Australia, Sri Lanka and Singapore.

Director
Alan has more than 30 years’ experience at Managing Director level, including extensive international experience with start-up operations in Australia, Africa, Central Asia & South East Asia.
This involved managing through phases of exceptional growth and resulted in several successful mergers, acquisitions or public takeovers.
Alan was a founding Australian executive of international engineering group Edward L Bateman - responsible for the design and construct of the Argyle Diamond Project. He was Managing Director of Carnegie Corporation Ltd as well as several other public listed Companies in Australia and Europe operating in the resources, energy, and new tech clean energy sectors.
He is founder and CEO of Westbridge & Partners, a boutique advisory firm providing commercial, strategic & management support to companies with significant expansion plans.
Extensive experience in managing and starting up new businesses.
