Green Hydrogen is a major pathway to replace fossil fuels & reduce GHG emissions, especially where green electrification is not suitable / available.
Using green hydrogen to produce green ammonia decarbonises ammonia to provide green fertilisers & serve as a potential green hydrogen vector / energy fuel.
Green Ammonia is more energy dense (2.7 times) than compressed hydrogen, easily stored as a liquid, & has existing shipping infrastructure (200+ ports ,500+ vessels, ~20mtpa currently shipped)
With emerging production credits, green price premiums, hydrogen production capex cost reductions due to larger scale production of electrolysers etc, green ammonia is shaping to become an integral part of the world decarbonisation solution
The company is well positioned to deliver this project with its strong technical capability and proven track record of building ammonia plants, coupled with our on-ground site knowledge and key local & international networks.
